Peter Traina Jr. is a banking and capital markets professional with over a decade of experience across corporate, capital markets, SPAC and de-SPAC transactions, and business development. He has held senior roles at Continental Stock Transfer, Citibank, and BNY Mellon.

Throughout his career, Peter has advised and supported complex capital markets transactions spanning SPACs, IPOs, project finance, M&A, insurance, and Latin American markets. His experience combines deep industry knowledge with a strong track record in business development, relationship management, and transaction execution.

As a Board Director, Peter brings valuable capital markets expertise, institutional relationships, and strategic insight to support Cyannova's growth and long-term development.

Alessandro Bianchi serves as Managing Director of Business Development at Cyannova Capital, focusing on expanding the firm's global investor network and international capital relationships. He brings extensive experience working with institutional investors, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners, with over $1 billion in transactions executed.

Previously, Alessandro served as Managing Director at Chatsworth Securities, where he led transactions across the U.S., Brazil, and the Middle East, with a focus on agriculture, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. He brings deep expertise in cross-border capital formation and investor engagement across Latin America, China, Europe, and the Middle East.

Andrew Kramer serves as Managing Director of Investment at Cyannova Capital, where he leads transaction structuring, fundraising, and the development of the firm's operational infrastructure. He brings experience across capital markets, M&A, and cross-border investments.

Previously, Andrew served as CIO of Grandview Capital, where he led investments across China, Canada, and Australia and participated in establishing a Hong Kong-based fund that grew to over $1 billion in assets under management.
